Loveworks creates great food and drink outlets and cafes.  We specialise in wholesome and organic foods, and can create a menu to suit your event.  We'll do all the work including:

• Submit a detailed catering equipment and site requirements order. Note: We own quite a bit of catering equipment ourselves which we can provide at no extra cost.
• Provide a floor plan, menu, and budget/costing.
• Provide our own smaller cooking, storage and serving equipment (pots, pans, food displays, utensils etc).
• Order food from our suppliers on our accounts.
• Order packaging and disposables (cups, plates, etc) from our suppliers on our accounts.  We use eco-friendly disposables.
• Provide an experienced coordinator and volunteer crew.

• Provide uniforms, aprons, etc.

• Provide printed materials, display materials and menus, promotional signs and fliers, decorating etc.

• Set up, clean and pack up the area.

Menu for Cafes and Take-Aways

Below you'll find a list of foods we often serve.  Feel free to suggest something new and different.  We prefer to sell healthy and often organic foods, and our food are always delicious!

• Burgers - Meat, fish, chicken, vegie, salad and bacon and egg burgers.

• Sausage Sandwiches - the old favourite.

• Hot Chips - can include sweet potato and pumpkin chips.

• Salads - pasta, coleslaw, mixed, Greek, tabbouli, and more.

• Wraps- with meats, cheeses, eggs and salads.

• Sandwiches - with meats, cheeses, eggs and salads.

• Soups- hot and wholesome homemade soups.

• Pancakes- with fruit, cream or ice cream and maple syrup.

COFFEE STAND

Loveworks is proudly sponsored by Sienna Coffee, and they provide us with espresso coffee carts for indoor or outdoor use. These carts come with freshly roasted coffee beans, grinder, espresso machine and all the other bits and pieces needed to make GREAT COFFEE!  

Our coffee coordinator has managed cafes for many years, and her efficiency, customer service and attention to detail are second to none.  We'll also provide volunteer crew with cafe, barista (coffee machine) and customer service experience to assist her.

We also provide a range of normal and herbal teas which can be served by the cup or teapot.  One of our specialities is a clear herbal  teapot with fresh lemongrass, mint, and ginger and slices of lemon, served with our range of organic honeys.

Your coffee stand can be combined with any of our Cafe and Take-Away menu items.  It works especially well with our great range of gourmet and organic hot pies and muffins, cakes, cookies and slices.

CHAI TENT (or ROOM!)

This traditional festival rest and relaxation space can be incorporated with many of our other services. 

For overnight festivals we usually keep this open 24 hours a day.  We provide 24 hour volunteer crew to keep it safe, clean and tidy.  Our Chai Tent is usually furnished it with an assortment of lamps, couches, mattresses, beanbags, coffee tables, rugs and cushions, which we can securely and neatly cover with material in a style to suit your event.  We also decorate the walls and entrances to the tent.

VOLUNTEER BAR CREW

Need volunteers with RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificates?  Or want extra hands for cleaning, re-stocking and maintenance of your bars?

We have many volunteers on our database with RSA qualifications and bar and hospitality experience.  We can divide these volunteers into teams with experienced volunteer team leaders for your event.

CREW CATERING

We can provide wholesome, inexpensive meat and/or vegetarian meals for your crew, artists and volunteers at an affordable price.  Our catering coordinator is an experienced cook with lots of experience cooking for busy events.  We specialise in wholesome and organic foods wherever possible.

 Please note we are not gourmet caterers, but if you require simple, wholesome menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we can do a great job.  We have accounts with major food wholesalers, and can look after this service from start to finish.
