The advantages of  Loveworks promoting your product/s are enormous.  At Sydney's Big Day Out alone your product will be exposed to over 60,000 people a day from 4 retail outlets!  Altogether you'll have exposure to almost quarter of a million people a year!

PROMOTING TO THE EVENT PUBLIC  90% of the attendees at our events are 15-25 years old.  This is the prime target age for launching many new products. The products are being delivered  by a well-utilized service with proven credibility and high visibility.

PROMOTING TO LOVEWORKS CREW  You can also simply promote your products to our volunteers and workers.   We often create take-home packs for them, or provide them with food, drink and personal care samples.  At our bigger events like Big Day Out and Peats Ridge Festival we have 200-400 Loveworks volunteers onsite.  Over a year we have over 1500  workers and volunteers.   Many of our workers and volunteers have their own clinics, practices or businesses in their "real" life. Our 4000+  database of volunteers includes:

• Masseurs and Reflexologists
• Natural Therapists
• Youth/Community/Social/ or Drug and Alcohol Workers,
• Doctors, Nurses, Paramedics, Psychologists, and other health and welfare professionals
• Retail and Hospitality Volunteers
• University Students
• and much more

Loveworks is fussy.  We are looking for  companies and products that we will feel proud to be associated with, and who are compatible with our image.  They must  reflect our commitment to some or all of the following:

• Well-being, Comfort and Enjoyment at Events
• First Aid and Safety
• Natural Health
• New Age Awareness
• Youth

Loveworks Show Bags

We also put together value-for-money "show bags"  with such enticing names as "Survival Pack",  "Freshen-Up" , "First Aid Fix",  and "Protection"  which can include basic necessities  as well as groovy promotional items.  

We’re offering chosen companies and services a variety of opportunities:

1. The Basic Package:  We can put your brochure in our Information Stands and our Retail counters and Massage and Psychic Readers bookings desk.  We can also put them in our Show Bags.  And you'll get a listing on our Sponsors  page in our website.  We ask for a $100 donation in return.  We'd like 500 brochures or handouts.  If you have posters we can put them up as well.  We will continue to display and hand out your materials at our events until they're all gone, at which point we'll be in touch. 
2. We can put samples or small sizes of your product/s in our show bags, which are sold by our retail outlets and roving sellers.
3. We can put up your banners and/or signs.
4. You can have a display and/or demo in our retail outlets.
5. We can sell your products in our retail outlets.
6. We can acknowledge your company as a sponsor and your logo can go on our flyers.
7. We can acknowledge your company as a sponsor on our Proudly Sponsored page in our website, with  your logo and a link.  Our website had 94,000 hits in in January 2005!
8. We can acknowledge a major sponsor on our home page.
9. Your logo can go on our volunteer shirts or retail "slogan" shirts.
10. Our Show Bags can also contain small gifts (key rings, bandannas, pens, etc) with your company logo.

You can provide us with:

1. Samples of your products for our show bags and/or for distribution to our volunteers. 
2. Products we can sell in our retail outlets.  Stock can be donated, or supplied on a "sale or return" basis. Only stock in perfect condition will be returned, with full cash payment for all stock sold, on the next working day.  Excellent trade references are available on request.
3. Supply and/or printing of our volunteer or "slogan" shirts and/or hats  - with your logo as well, of course!.
4. Items and/or services we require - please contact us for further information
5. A monetary donation - whether for a specific item or general administration costs

The following is a list of items which can be sold in our retail outlets and/or put in our Show Bags.

Bottled and Bulk Water:  Bottled water is used to dispense natural medicine at the Natural Pharmacy.  Bulk water in coolers is available for patrons of the Chill Out Lounge, The Pink Room, Lovesavers and our  First Aid Stations, We also have coolers or bottles we give out to our workers and volunteers.  Your water will be performing a great community service and we will make sure your generosity is well-recognised with your pamphlet in our show bags, your banner or signs placed throughout our services, and an acknowledgement and link in our website.  Please contact us if you're interested in giving us free or discounted water.
