If your name's in a white box it means we've received your agreement and all's well.
If your name's in a pink box it means we're waiting for you to send in your agreement.
If your name's in a green box it means we've received your agreement but something else is outstanding - eg documents or information.
Yellow boxes are spaces we're trying to fill - so tell your friends!
Grey spaces are obsolete boxes - that we have no intention of filling!
